All sizing info displayed in our shop is for the entire artwork (All panels combined without spacing in between).
To have a proper idea of the print sizes please use a meter and check on a wall before placing the order.How is my order packaged?
In order to enable your goods to reach you undamaged, we only use high-quality special packaging for our products. We will carefully pack your product in bubble plastic and carton.
How long delivery takes?
Our products are shipped with the best courier available for your region. Please check estimated delivery time at the checkout, you can upgrade to express shippings if you need your item quicker.
How is the print fixed to the frame?
The leather print is stretched onto the stretcher frame and clipped onto the rear side of it like traditional canvas. This means that the image content is pulled over the edges so that the panel comes ready to hang
My delivery address is incorrect or has changed. What do I need to do?
Please contact us ASAP for the change of shipment address. We cannot change the address after your order has been shipped.
My delivered image is faulty or damaged - what can I do?
In order to be able to get an idea of the deficiency, it is sufficient to take one or two digital photos of the article being about which you are making a complaint, and to send them along with your order number and a short description of the deficiency by conversation here on Etsy.
As soon as we receive the photos, and have received a response from our production department for this, we'll find the way to solve the problem.
Please DON'T TRASH the original packaging as it could be investigated by our courier partner.My Leather Print is dirty. How can i clean it?
Don't worry! Each leather print is washable, just use a dump cloth. Use it gently on the print.
Care instructions
Never hang your leather prints outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.
Leather prints are made to be hung inside a temperature controlled environment.
Do not place anything on top of the prints or lay your prints with the front facing down.
Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your leather prints. -

The product is as ordered.☑️ The delivery time, considering I paid a lot of money for delivery! Was pathetic! In fact, I feel a rip-off. This order went 1/2 around the world. Cleared Customs in my home city, then to another state, then back. I then rec’d a msg saying the was “delivered”, but not to me, to a Post Office in another town! I had to go & pick it up. What did I pay for? Crap! Will not use this seller again!
